Last Updated: July 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the John C Cascio Septic Service Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") website and your engagement of our septic services, including estimates, inspections, installations, repairs, pump-outs, and related work. By requesting an estimate, scheduling a service, or otherwise using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

For specific service agreements, a signed work order, estimate, or contract provided at the time of service will govern in the event of a conflict with these general Terms.

2. Description of Services

We provide septic-related services throughout Southwest and Central Florida, including but not limited to ATU maintenance, pump & alarm replacement, real estate inspections, septic system design, septic system inspections, septic variances, tank certifications, septic pump-outs, septic installation, new construction, septic repairs & replacement, septic system permits, construction inspections, and consulting/distribution. Availability of specific services may vary by service area and property conditions.

3. Estimates & Pricing

We provide free estimates within 24 hours of a request where reasonably possible. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of the request, including a visual assessment of the property and system where applicable.

  • Estimates are not final invoices and may be adjusted if site conditions differ once work begins (e.g., unforeseen soil conditions, buried obstructions, or system damage discovered during excavation).
  • Any changes to scope or price will be communicated to you before additional work is performed, where practical.
  • Pricing does not include third-party permitting fees, county/state fees, or other governmental charges unless explicitly stated in your estimate.

4. Scheduling, Access & Cancellations

You agree to provide our technicians with reasonable, safe access to the service area, including unlocking gates, restraining pets, and clearing obstructions (vehicles, furniture, debris) from the septic tank, drain field, or work area prior to our arrival.

  • If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a trip or rescheduling fee may apply.
  • We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made as far in advance as possible; late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
  • Scheduling windows are estimates. Weather, emergency calls, and unforeseen circumstances may affect arrival times; we will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays.

5. Payment Terms & Financing

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of your estimate or invoice.

0% Financing

Where offered, 0% financing is subject to credit approval through our third-party financing partner(s) and their separate terms and conditions. Financing terms, eligibility, and repayment schedules are governed by the financing provider's agreement, not by these Terms.

Past-due balances may be subject to late fees, interest, and/or referral to collections as permitted by Florida law. A returned-payment fee may apply for declined or returned payments.

6. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship with a lifetime workmanship warranty on qualifying installation and repair services, covering defects in our labor under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to perform routine maintenance
  • Damage caused by third parties, acts of God, flooding, or normal wear of consumable parts
  • Pre-existing conditions not caused by our work
  • Manufacturer defects in parts or equipment, which are covered separately by the manufacturer's warranty, if any

Warranty claims should be reported to our office as soon as an issue is identified. Specific warranty terms for your project will be detailed in your service agreement or invoice.

7. Permits & Regulatory Compliance

Septic installations, repairs, and modifications are performed in accordance with the Florida Administrative Code and applicable county health department requirements. Where permitting is required, we will assist with or manage the permit process as outlined in your estimate. Permit approval timelines are determined by the relevant governmental agency and are outside of our control.

8. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property, system, and any known issues
  • Disclose known utility lines, irrigation systems, or buried structures near the work area where known
  • Obtain any necessary permission from landlords, HOAs, or co-owners prior to scheduling work
  • Maintain your septic system between services (e.g., avoiding flushing non-degradable items, scheduling routine pump-outs)
  • Notify us promptly of any concerns following completed work

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, John C Cascio Septic Service Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, pre-existing property conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

We are fully licensed and insured; specific coverage details are available upon request.

10. Emergency Services

Emergency services are available 24/7. Emergency, after-hours, weekend, or holiday service calls may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated to you before dispatch whenever possible.

11. Communications Consent (Calls, Email & SMS)

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to be contacted by John C Cascio Septic Service Inc. regarding estimates, scheduling, service updates, and billing via phone, email, or text message (SMS).

SMS text messaging is governed by our separate SMS/Text Messaging Program terms, described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies; reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith direct communication between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Florida.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
